Crystal Eclipse Chain
One of my classic styles, now available on an antiqued copper chain (versus leather). The Crystal Eclipse pendant has a focal raw crystal point, encased in a hand hammered copper ring. The crystal is not drilled, instead, the copper is formed to surround the point in a solid piece of metal. The pendant is then set on an antiqued link chain, which can be purchased in either 16″ or 18″ length. This necklace is made to order and can be requested with the following crystals: Quartz, Smokey Quartz, Veracruz Amethyst, Danburite, or Tibetan Quartz. Please use drop down to select length and choice of crystal.
As this is a made to order item, please allow one week for production, prior to shipping.
In order to create the unique metal pieces, I use a process called Electroforming. A mix of science and alchemy, electroforming creates truly one of a kind finishes. The pieces are hand painted, then submerged in a solution for 12-14 hours per item, where copper molecules are deposited directly onto the crystal. After formation, the pendant is then polished, patina is added, and the finish is sealed in with Renaissance wax to prevent further darkening.
Because of the organic nature of the process, as well as the individual nature of crystals, the necklaces you see pictured are a representation of the one you will receive. All items will be shipped out in my signature, handmade packaging which is ideal for gift giving, or for pretty storage within your jewelry collection.
